- A request that has gone quiet. Tell us your name and where the job is. Chasing a quote is the most common complaint about glass work here, so we'd rather do the chasing.

- As Quebec's Law 25 requires, Windows Montreal has a designated Privacy Officer, named in the privacy policy.
- To reach them, start your message here with "Privacy". It goes to the officer, never to a contractor.
Withdrawal, complaint or correction
I haven't heard back after my request. Who do I contact?
Us, through this form. Give your name and the job address, and we'll follow up with the pro or find another. We can't promise when a pro will call, but we won't leave it sitting.
How do I withdraw my request or my information?
Start a message with "Privacy" and say what to withdraw or delete. We'll act on it and tell you which business received your request, since that pro must be asked separately.
Something in my details is wrong. Can I fix it, or complain?
Yes. Ask for a correction here. If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you can take a complaint to the Commission d'accès à l'information, Quebec's privacy regulator.
A pro keeps phoning after I said no. What now?
Tell the pro plainly, then tell us. Callers must keep an internal do-not-call list and add you within the period the federal rules set.
